We like to reward the reading efforts of our pupils in every way we can here at KJHS!! Achieving 85% accuracy on average and with a reading time of 20 minutes or more per day during quiz period one, the highest achieving class in each year group got to choose a teacher and a forfeit to celebrate their efforts with!! Well done to 10A2 who picked Mr Chambers and the bath of beans, to 8A2 also who selected the same forfeit for Mr Kirk and to 9A2 who picked Mrs Crothers and the ice bucket challenge!! Many thanks to the ‘volunteers’ and a big congratulations to the winning classes. Which class will be next to enjoy success after quiz period two?
